Please join us as Jeff shares his experience in the area of "One Single Supply Chain & Breaking Down Functional Silos" (the inter-relationships between functions, the flow of information and data, interdependence of priorities and tasks for all areas of the Supply Chain).

 

Biography 

Jeff Houtz served nearly 30 years at Fluor, in Supply Chain staff leadership roles as well as leading project teams on major projects in Energy, Mining, and Power, in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

In early 2020, Jeff transitioned from Fluor to launch Constructing Supply Change LLC, a consultancy focused on Digital Supply Chain concepts, and elevating the roles and responsibilities of the Supply Chain function within companies.

He was recently a member of the Construction Industry Institute’s  Research Team 363 (Modernizing the Supply Chain and Increasing the Value of Advanced Work Packaging), and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Houston, the University of Texas, and Texas A&M.
