Biography 
Tom Lytle has over 20 years of international business experience in the Energy sector including oilfield services, Investment Banking, Exploration and Production, and Consulting, delivering results, overseeing acquisitions, and directing and overseeing transformation and turnarounds in the energy industry.

Currently, Tom serves as the Vice President, Information Technology and Supply Chain for Strategic Materials, Inc., where he is leading the enterprise Digital and Supply Chain Transformations, and the Organizational Design and Restructuring initiative. Additionally, Tom serves on the Advisory Board of San Jacinto College and is a Corporate Fellow in the MBA programs at the University of Houston and Texas A&M University.   

Tom earned his MBA from the McComb’s School of Business at the University of Texas. He also earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado.  Tom is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he worked in intelligence.
