CPIM Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the first class starts. There will be no refunds after this date. If you need to reschedule your class, you must contact the VP of Education prior to the start of the first class.

CPIM Review Class Audit

We realize passing a CPIM exam is challenging. To assist our students, we allow individuals who have previously paid for and taken one of our classes to audit that same class for FREE on a space available basis. We will allow one free audit per CPIM course. You will NOT receive new materials. To qualify, you must:

  1. Have attended and paid for that APICS Houston Chapter class.

  2. Request permission to attend from the VP of Education at least 7 days prior to the start of class of the first class. The VP of Education's decision is final.

  3. Submit proof of payment and attendance with your request. Proof of attendance AND payment can be achieved by including your Certificate of Completion.

Note: if you do not have your Certificate of Completion, we will need proof of payment and the dates and location that you attended the class. To be considered, you will need to have attended at least 50% of the classes as evidenced by the student roster.
